COVID-19: Our Update

As news of the Coronavirus continues to hit the headlines, we thought we’d update you with how we will continue to serve you.

The health of our staff and their families comes first, so we have advised them all now to 100% work from home.

Predominantly we are a phone and online-based business, so we have had the capabilities for some to work from home previously. We have now rolled this out to the full team to keep everything business as usual.

Staying Connected

The key for us to is remain connected with each other. With various communication channels available these days, we want to ensure our staff and clients are all still getting that same interaction that they are used to. We’re making full use of Video chats for meetings via Microsoft Teams, so we’re still maintaining that human interaction as well as keeping everyone informed on day-to-day business.

It’s a strange world out there at the moment – keeping a good health is a priority, especially those with vulnerable family members.

During these unprecedented times, we still look to ensure you, the customer, are securing the most suitable policy or mortgage for your circumstances:

  • We’ll continually review existing mortgages, meaning you could save money on your monthly mortgage payments.
  • We’ll process new mortgages – meaning if you’re buying your first home, moving home or looking at a buy to let – we’ll help.
  • We’ll keep processing your protection options – for new policies and reviews of current ones. With health and income a big topic at the moment, we will ensure to discuss the right options for you.
  • We are working with all our network, lenders, providers and suppliers to ensure we can continue to provide you with the high level of service that you are used to.
